So after a recent exchange between my aunt and my cousin, I thought it would be funny to start a game called: How close is your family? Here is mine,
I am taking my kids on a surprise trip to Vegas and I have a cousin who not only lives there, but loans out their extra room for those family members who come to town. It is well known throughout the family as the Samosito Inn. So when I called to check availability on their room for my kids and I, I was pleased to find out they had an opening. So, the story afterwards goes a little like this:
Bryan: (calls his mother Janice) So guess who is coming to stay with us!?
Janice: (even though she already knows) Who?
Bryan: Jodi and her 3 kids!
Janice: Really? That is great!
Bryan: When did Jodi get a third kid?
I thought it was hilarious! This shows just how close my family is, now how about you and yours!?
